Terms of Service — WinAGrant

1. Service description

WinAGrant (“we”, “us”) provides a grant-matching search engine and AI-assisted grant application writing tool for small businesses. The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any grant application drafted using WinAGrant will be funded.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your 7-day free trial begins when you complete checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding member rates are locked in for the lifetime of your continuous subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use WinAGrant only for lawful purposes. You may not use our AI grant writer to submit materially false information in grant applications, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our service, or resell access to the platform without an Agency plan.

4. Intellectual property

Grant application text generated by our AI is yours to use, edit, and submit freely. The WinAGrant platform, matching algorithm, and underlying software remain our property.

5. Limitation of liability

WinAGrant is not liable for grant application outcomes, missed deadlines, or decisions made by grant-awarding bodies. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
